Rose Carranza in Hawaiian Tropics
Rose Carranza is from San Ramón de Alajuela, which is a small town near the North American retirement town of Atenas. She appears in this video among the other participants in the Miss Hawaiian Tropics competition.
Rose has also appeared as a pinup girl in various Costa Rican newspapers and promotional calendars.
